Rad Style Jail is a temporary hold on your account that blocks new claims. It exists to keep live shows fair: when items are claimed but not paid for, other shoppers miss out.
Your account may be jailed when an invoice goes unpaid past its 24-hour payment window. You’ll be notified, and you can still see and pay your outstanding invoices in My Depot.
Pay your outstanding balance in My Depot → Invoices → Pay Now, and your account is released automatically , usually within moments.
Repeated non-payment or abuse may lead to a longer suspension or a permanent ban, at our discretion.
