During a live show, each item gets a claim number. The first valid claim (by comment, scan, or in-app) wins that item. A claim is a commitment to buy at the shown price.
Everything you claim during a show collects in your Temporary Live Cart. When the show closes, your claims are consolidated into one order and one invoice.
You have 24 hours from when your invoice is issued to pay it. Pay it in My Depot → Invoices → Pay Now.
Claiming items can earn Lucky Day entries. Triggers and raffles select winners at random. Prizes (Depot Credit, mystery boxes, and more) appear in My Depot → Prizes.
Be kind. Harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior in a show may have your claims voided and your account restricted. This is a Deaf-led, welcoming space , keep it that way.
Letting an invoice go unpaid past the window can place your account in Rad Style Jail and forfeit those items.
