By using Rad Style Depot (the “Platform”), operated by Sesmedia Enterprises LLC, you agree to these Terms. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18, or have a parent/guardian’s consent. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Information you provide must be accurate.
During a live show, claiming an item (by comment, scan, or in-app) is a commitment to purchase at the shown price. Claims from a show are consolidated into a single order and invoice.
You have a 24-hour window to pay each invoice. See our Live Sale Rules.
Prices are shown at the time of the sale. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; Rad Style Depot does not store your card number. Depot Credit, if any, is applied at checkout.
Unpaid invoices past the payment window may place your account in Rad Style Jail, which temporarily blocks new claims until your balance is paid. Repeated or abusive behavior may lead to suspension or a ban.
Inventory is limited and live. Items may sell out. We may correct errors in pricing or availability and cancel affected orders with a refund.
The Rad Style Depot name, logos, and content are owned by Sesmedia Enterprises LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
The Platform is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, Sesmedia Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
