Do I need an account to watch?

No. Watching is free and open. You need a free account to claim, pay, and keep your history.

How do I claim something?

Every item in a show gets a claim number. The first valid claim wins it, by comment, by scan, or in the app. See How it works.

I claimed several things. Is that several orders?

No. Everything you claim in a show collects into one order and one invoice. You can add store items for 24 hours after the live and it all ships in one box.

How long do I have to pay?

24 hours from when your invoice is issued. My Depot, then Invoices, then Pay Now. The full rule is in the Live Sale Rules.

What happens if I do not pay?

Letting an invoice run past the window can place your account in Rad Style Jail and forfeit those items. That page also explains how you get released.

What is Lucky Day?

Claiming can earn you entries. Winners are drawn at random and prizes, including Depot Credit and mystery boxes, appear in My Depot under Prizes.

What is Depot Credit?

Store credit you earn from referrals and Lucky Day wins. It sits in your account and you spend it whenever you are ready.

Are the shows in sign language?

Yes. Rad Style Depot is Deaf-led and every show is hosted in American Sign Language. More on Accessibility.

Can I host, or sell with you?
